BioPure’s corporate offices and warehouse are located in the beautiful Pacific Northwestern United States, in Redmond, Washington. Our products, however, are sourced and distributed worldwide. BioPure’s primary in-person retail facility, where our entire product line is displayed, is located in the Comprehensive Medical Center pharmacy in Kirkland, Washington, but our products are also sold retail online. Practitioners are able to establish online wholesale accounts by contacting our office.
Our customers can expect excellent personal service from the staff at BioPure. We will listen to your needs and reply quickly to phone and email inquiries. Many questions are technical in nature and require careful explanations, technical references, or consultation with professional health-care providers. In the event we cannot answer your question immediately, we will either investigate and steer you to an appropriate reference, or refer you to one of the many practitioners that use our products throughout the world.
