Methods of Ordering:
BioPure Healing Products gives you 5 easy options to place an order. You may do one of the following:
1) Order Online:
Shop our site and place an order. See instructions below. Orders can be placed on our web site 24/7 however we only ship during the work week excluding holidays and weekends.
2) Order by Phone:
Toll free 1-800-801-6187 or toll 425-462-8414. We have customer service Monday – Friday from 9:00 – 3:00 PST. If the wait is too long leave a voicemail 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. We will make every attempt to return your call within one business day to complete your order. Do not leave credit card information on our voicemail.
3) Order by E-Mail:
Send your order to email@example.com. Please leave us your contact information and order details only. We will make every attempt to contact you within one business day to complete your order. Do not include credit card information on the e-mail.
4) Order by FAX:
Toll Free 855-317-1122. Please leave us your contact information and order details only. We will make every attempt to contact you within one business day to complete your order. For retail sales do not include credit card information on the FAX.

5) Order via Check or Money Order:

Forgot Username or Password:
If you forgot your username or password, simply go to the sign in page and choose "forgot my password." You will then be able to enter your email address and the system will e-mail you your username and password. If you receive an email in which the password field is blank or says 'NONE,' this means you have never registered with us.
From our home page, you will be able to browse through the product categories or search for a product by product name, product number or description by entering your search terms in the search box located at the top left navigation of the site.
Either method will retrieve a list of products, sizes available, and their price(s).
Shop by Category:
If you are interested in seeing products according to category, simply select the link from the list on the left side of this page. If you cannot find a particular product for a category, simply type the name or partial name into the search box and we will do our best to try to stock the product for you.
Shop Alphabetically for Products:
If you are interested in seeing products according to category, simply select the link from the list on the left side of this page.
Searching For Products:
To search for products simply type in the name or product number of the product that you are looking for into the search box at the top center of this page. Then, click "Search." You will then see a list of products relating to your query. Click on any of the links to see more details about that item and/or place the item in your cart. To bring up a wider range or results, try limiting your search to one word. If you cannot find a particular product using the search box try scrolling through the alphabetical listing as explained above.
To view a more detailed description of the product and its ingredients, simply click on the product link under each product. A pop up box will appear within the page you are on with product information. Most products also have research on the specific products for your use in understanding the product. We are not able to give specific product claims but we are able to point you to published research on the products.
Once you have decided which product you would like to purchase, click on the Add to Cart button next to that product. This will deliver that product to your Shopping Cart where you can select the quantity to purchase. If you change the quantity you wish to order, please remember to click the Update Cart button. You can also remove a product by selecting Remove Item.
At this point you can:
Continue Shopping to add more items to your shopping cart.
Update Cart to manually refresh your Shopping Cart.
Begin Checkout to complete your order.
Once you are ready to complete your order, you will need to provide us with your billing and shipping information. If you have already created an account with us, you can sign-in at any time during your shopping session, including during check-out and your billing and shipping information will automatically appear during check-out.
Your credit card information WILL NOT BE STORED and will need to be re-entered with each order. This is for the safety and integrity of your credit. If you do not wish to create an account with us, but wish to have your information stored for future orders, simply click the "remember me" option at the bottom of the billing/shipping information page and the next time you come to our site, your billing and shipping information will automatically appear. In order to take advantage of this feature, you must have your cookies enabled on your computer.
After entering your billing and shipping information, click the "continue checkout" button. This will take you to the "order review" page where you can review all of your billing and shipping information and modify any of it if necessary. Your final screen will give you a printable receipt of your order.
Once you have verified your personal information and shipping options, you will need to enter your credit card information. Again, our site will not save your credit card information. You will need to enter it each time.
If you wish to complete your order with a customer service you may call our toll free number to reach a representative. This option can be used if you prefer not to give your credit card information over the internet. A customer service representative will contact you within one business to obtain your credit card information and continue processing your order. Your order will look like an "abandoned cart", but we will find it when we speak with you.
Once you have chosen a payment method, click the "Place Your Order" button for credit card payment or send a message via firstname.lastname@example.org to have a Customer Service Representative call you for your credit card information. Entering your own credit card information will complete the check-out process.
Your final screen will give you a printable receipt of your order.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the order was received followed by a detailed e-mail with your shipping information including the final cost charged to your card.
If instead you choose to have the Customer Service Representative call you to complete the order you will not receive the confirmation e-mail until they contact you and complete the order.
Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Online orders received by 2:00 p.m. PST are usually shipped the same day. E-mail, phone or FAX orders received by Noon PST are usually shipped the same day. Those that miss the deadlines will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your shipment leaves our warehouse which will indicate your tracking order.
Unfortunately, Customs will not allow our products to be shipped to Norway at this time. Please watch our “International Shipping Restrictions” tab for any further changes internationally.
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. We accept U.S. currency only. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from BioPure Healing Products, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
International orders are shipped via Air Mail which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Please Note: Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
BioPure Healing Products reserves the right not to ship any product that they see fit for any reasons. If this happens you will be notified via e-mail and your credit card will be refunded. Some countries may require various types of licenses. BioPure Healing Products will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license.
BioPure Healing Products will not be held responsible for international orders that never make it past your countries customs office. Please check with your customs office before placing your order. No refunds will be given for items that are seized by your local customs agents. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
BioPure Healing Products is not responsible for any negligence on the part of the consumer regarding restrictions in the countries being shipped to.
All sales are final. In order to ensure the highest possible quality, we do not accept returns. When you purchase pharmaceutical drugs prescribed by your doctor, you understand that neither the pharmacy nor the drug company will accept a return of the product if the antibiotic or other medicine does not work, which happens quite often. As a dietary food supplement company, we do not accept returns of our shipped product. There is no way we can please everyone with every product. Our promise is to provide the finest quality dietary supplements with the best available ingredients, process at skilled manufacturers, carefully pack and ship with very high standards.
